With nearly a decade of coaching experience, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of the game — from grassroots cricket to national programmes and the professional environment. Now a Level 4 coach, my journey includes leading the England Physical Disability Squad, contributing to Talent Pathways at Yorkshire CCC and Leicestershire CCC, and supporting professional players as a specialist batting coach. Alongside my coaching, I continue to play National Counties Cricket for Lincolnshire.

Coaching in men’s, women’s, and disability cricket has given me a unique perspective on the game. This experience has helped me develop the ability to adapt my coaching style to suit the individual needs of each player, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

My work across diverse environments has also strengthened my understanding of the mental side of performance. I help players build resilience, self‑belief, and a mindset that supports consistent, high‑quality training and match play.
